Our coffees are freshly roasted for each order to ensure optimal flavor and aroma. You can choose from 5 different roast levels: Light | Light-Medium | Medium | Medium-Dark | Dark.

Each resealable zip-lock bag contains 200 grams or 250 grams or 1000 grams of freshly roasted coffee and features a one-way valve to release gases from the newly roasted beans (it's recommended to let the coffee degas for 3-7 days after roasting).
